Refunds
In the event that a refund is necessary, we will gladly issue your refund for the purchase price of the product less a $5.00 re-stocking charge. Shipping charges are not refundable

Returns
If through our troubleshooting efforts we determine that you need to return your Rat Zapper, we'll issue an RMA along with return instructions. We cannot accept responsibility for return shipments without an RMA number.
