via UPS ground within the continential United States

As the manufacturer and international distributor of the Rat Zapper, we aim to deliver your Rat Zapper   in the most efficient and timely manner possible, that is why we partner with UPS. Our standard shipping method is orders placed for delivery within the Continental U.S. are shipped FREE of charge to you via UPS ground.

(The Rat's Nest and Rat Tale accessories must be ordered with a Rat Zapper to qualify for free shipping)

Our goal is to process all orders received (here in our Ventura, CA headquarters) by 1:00 pm PST  for shipment the next business day. We achieve our goal about 80% of the time and the remaining 20% are shipped within 2 days after receipt of order.

If you select an expedited shipping option or via US Postal Service the system will estimate and charge your shipping expense. If additional charges are required, we will contact you for approval prior to shipment. 

Orders for shipment outside the continental US obviously do not qualify for free UPS ground. We will contact you with additional charges and will await your approval before proceeding with the shipment. Due to the excessive cost of shipping for replacement or repair, we cannot honor warranty service outside of North America.

 EXPEDITED SHIPPING is available only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
