RAT ZAPPER WINS MAJOR
VICTORY AGAINST
VICTOR!!!
PHILADELPHIA –Woodstream,
Corp., maker of the
Victor brand rodent
control products has
been found liable by a
federal jury for fraud
and patent infringement
in its dealings with
AgriZap, Inc. maker of
the Rat Zapper.
The four-man, four-woman
federal jury in
Philadelphia found
yesterday that the
Victor Electronic Mouse
Trap and the Victor
Electronic Rat Trap
violate the Rat Zapper
patent, owned by AgriZap,
Inc. The Ventura-based
maker of the Rat Zapper
will now seek an
injunction to block
Woodstream from further
importation,
distribution and sale of
Woodstream’s infringing
products.
