Try the Rat Zapper in your home and experience for yourself the freedom
from inhumane poisons, snap-type mouse traps or rat traps, and glue
traps. If you are not completely satisfied with the Rat Zapper please
email us at or call us toll-free at 1-888-Dead Rat.
Most issues can be resolved by email or over the phone.
Returns
If through our troubleshooting efforts we determine that you need to
return your Rat Zapper, we'll issue an RMA along with return
instructions. We cannot accept responsibility for return shipments
without an RMA number.
Refunds for products purchased from RatZapper.com, website for
AgriZap, Inc.
In the event that a refund is deemed necessary (proof of purchase is
required) will gladly issue you a refund for the purchase price of the
product less a $5.00 re-stocking charge. Shipping charges we incurred to
have your Rat Zapper delivered to you (which we did not charge you for)
will be deducted from your refund.
Third-Party Purchases
If you have purchased your Rat Zapper through a source other than
AgriZap, Inc., you may need to coordinate the refund with that source
according to their product return policy. Please make sure to review the
source's return policy before making your purchase decision.
Proper Product Disposal
When your Rat Zapper is no longer able to do its thing and the time has come to dispose of it, check the link for the National Safety Council Electronic Equipment Recyclers. Please do the green thing with your old Rat Zapper.
