If through our troubleshooting efforts we determine that you need to return your Rat Zapper, we'll issue an RMA along with return instructions. We cannot accept responsibility for return shipments without an RMA number. Refunds for products purchased from RatZapper.com, website for AgriZap, Inc.
In the event that a refund is deemed necessary (proof of purchase is required) will gladly issue you a refund for the purchase price of the product less a $5.00 re-stocking charge. Shipping charges we incurred to have your Rat Zapper delivered to you (which we did not charge you for) will be deducted from your refund. Third-Party Purchases
