Returns
If through our troubleshooting efforts we determine that you need to return your Rat Zapper, we'll issue an RMA along with return instructions. We cannot accept responsibility for return shipments without an RMA number.
Refunds for products purchased from RatZapper.com, website for AgriZap, Inc.
In the event that a refund is deemed necessary within 30 days (proof of purchase is required) we will gladly issue you a refund for the purchase price of the product. Any expedited shipping charges we incurred to have your Rat Zapper delivered to you will be deducted from your refund.
Third-Party Purchases
If you have purchased your Rat Zapper through a source other than AgriZap, Inc., you may need to coordinate the refund with that source according to their product return policy. Please make sure to review the source's return policy before making your purchase decision.
Limited One Year Warranty (with Proof of Purchase)
One year parts and labor warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. AgriZap Inc.'s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing any part of the product which is defective. Warranty is void in the event of misuse or abuse of the product or as the result of unauthorized alteration.
